SINGLE STORY COTTAGE

 

 

We have just returned from Kefalonia as very happy people. Last September we put a deposit on a piece of land, returned in January to finalise things and meet Panagis of A.E.C., who then sent us the plans of our house.

We cannot praise him and A.E.C., highly enough. Once the building permit came through, A.E.C., commenced the building in April 2005 and gave us a completion date of August 1, which actually ended up being June 10, 55 days in all!!

Panagis sent us emails and photos of the building works all the way through, so it was as good as being there while it was built as we got to see the whole process. He kept us so well informed and checked every detail before proceeding.

We have built up a really good relationship with him. When we travelled out on June 3, we stayed in a hotel for 1 week while we ordered furniture etc. Panagis helped us with buying the light fittings and then the electrician came and fixed everything in.

The whole team are great and we could not have asked for better service. The whole project went so smoothly that we could hardly believe it. The quality of the build is excellent, and although ours was a smaller project for Panagis, he gave us as much time and help as he would for a larger project. There was never any pressure or stress put on us at all.

Thank you Panagis, for everything and we are looking forward to returning to our lovely house on Kefalonia!
