Dear Panagi

It is now over a year that Jan and I have been living in our house in Kleismata, a property which you renovated from a dilapidated ‘concrete block box’ into a dwelling which has been admired by many.

We may not have mentioned before, but at the time of planning Jan and I were pleased that you actually listened to our wishes about what we were trying to achieve within the funds available. We were thankful that you ‘held our hand’ throughout the whole procedure, and impressed that you also managed to complete the project under budget and deducted money from the final invoice.

We remember that you altered plans and repositioned fittings to accommodate our quirky taste.

‘On site’ Fotis listened, to our (sometimes detrimental) ran tings about how certain items had been installed, and when could they be changed, Fotis then made it happen. (All the while smiling).

As people who had never built a house from ‘scratch’, here (or in the UK), and had listened to many tales of woe from others who had, or were in the process of having property built on Kefalonia, our only answer was ‘You should have gone to A.E.C’.

We were impressed by the A.E.C., team who made it all possible, and have recommended your professionalism to those who have asked about our house (and even those who haven’t).
