After meetings with several construction companies, we decided that A.E.C Construction gave us the best support.  We were impressed with their level of professionalism.  Everything was made easy for us.  A.E.C came up with designs after listening to what we wanted.  They were modified until we got the best use of space for our needs.

 

Panagis and his team are reliable, trustworthy, and efficient and kept their word when they said they would do something.

 

We were kept informed every step of the way by e-mails and photographs.  Any queries either side had were answered by return.

 

During the time of building from start to finish we visited three times for consultations.  The 1^st time was to sort out plans and permits, 2^nd time to choose tiles, paint, kitchen, white goods etc which were of good quality.  The 3^rd time was for completion and handover.

 

Any snags were attended to extremely quickly.  All services were handled and connections arranged by A.E.C for Water and Electricity.

 

Speaking to other people on the Island they were impressed with the speed of building and the quality of workmanship and they wished they had A.E.C for their projects.

 

We could rest assured in the knowledge that everything could be left in the hands of A.E.C to deliver on time and to a very high standard.  We were not disappointed.
