Klismata House
We feel immensely privileged
to have been introduced to Panagis Tzivras of A.E.C. at the start of our
building project in Kefalonia. We had purchased a plot of land at Klismata and
were desperately trying to learn about the Greek building laws etc and wondering
how we would ever get our holiday home built.
We soon discovered that Panagis and his workforce from A.E.C. are the most
professional, diligent and hard working group of people that you could hope to
meet, exactly what is needed if you are having a property built abroad.
From day 1 they shouldered the responsibility of drawing and submitting plans,
precisely to our requirements, and kept us informed of the progress and advised
us on suitable alterations.
A schedule was drawn up of build progress and a date set for completion.
As soon as the build commenced we were kept informed weekly with reports and
photos of the build. It was as if the build was being done in our back garden
not 3,000 miles away.
Having met Panagis for the first time 3 months into the build we were taken to
choose floor and wall tiles, kitchen design and bedroom furniture and everything
fell into place like a well oiled machine.
A.E.C. were even able to bring the completion date of the build forward by a
month when they learnt that our last trip to Kefalonia was in October & not
November.
The way this young man and his team operate is a credit to the industry and also
to the Greek people and without hesitation we would recommend the services of
his company to anyone interested in building a property in Kefalonia.
