VILLA JOANNA

 

 

Jo and Daran Snoxell have spent many years visiting Kefalonia and after marrying on the island they decided that they wanted to invest in a property which they could use as a holiday home but also to rent out throughout the year and to keep as an investment for the future.

'We were introduced to Panagis & George of AEC when we first bought our plot in Kalligata, initially just to get some ideas of what we thought was just a dream and not thinking that we would be building quite so soon!   George & Panagis visited the plot with us and then combining our ideas together with their own technical specifications came up with a house that not only met our dream but also our budget, so we thought why not!  It was all very exciting and the whole process was relatively stressed free as Panagis project managed everything for us.  After a short time of waiting for our building permit to be passed, we were soon visiting again, signing the contract, confirming the process of the payments and choosing bathrooms, kitchens, tiles, paints and the colours of the shutters.   Potential problem areas and positive plus points were discussed and thanks to them for accepting some of our own ideas on certain designs and interior requirements.   Nothing was too much trouble. Regular photos were sent to us throughout the build so we could see the progress on a daily basis. This was very exciting, rushing home from work to open the photos on the email; we could not believe it was our home being built!  As with any project sometimes obstacles got in the way, be it weather conditions or local politics!  Nothing would phase Panagis and his team and we have trusted them and been confident that they would complete the project with outstanding perfection and this is exactly what they have done. Now the project is complete we know AEC are always on hand if we need them.  The professionalism and fine workmanship showed throughout, it is a credit to you.'
