PROJECT: One Storey Building

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

1. Ground Floor (60 mē)
   • Open plan kitchen (all cupboards - shelves), dining room and living room with its own entrance and external veranda with pergola. Doors opening to pool area with beautiful sea views.
   • Bathroom (sink, toilet and jacuzzi bath).
   • Bedroom with fitted wardrobes and patio doors that leads to the pool area which commands panoramic views of the sea.

Note: The area of 60 mē does not include the area of tiled verandas etc. These are extra areas. The villa is constructed in Spartia on a plot of land of 2000 m2. In front of the villa is a beautiful swimming pool of 40 mē with overflow system, while surrounding the villa there is a lovely garden with plants, BBQ area and stone tiled paths. The time needed to complete the whole project was 5 months. This type of villa is unique and it is not offered for re-design.
