PROJECT: Two Storey Building (Villa) - 190 mē

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

1. Ground Floor (109 mē)
   • Kitchen area (all cupboards-shelves), with window facing the sea and separate door that leads to tiled patios covered by a wooden pergola.
   • Living room (including fire place) and dining room with patio doors that lead to a big area of covered tiled patios facing the sea.
   • Separate T.V/DVD room for watching T.V or listening to music.
   • W.C including hand-basin and toilet. Next to this is a room with washing machine and cupboards for storage.
2. First Floor (81 mē)
   • Bedroom one including fitted wardrobes and open tiled balcony.
   • Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath, hand-basin and toilet), fitted wardrobes and open tiled balcony.
   • Guest bedroom with fitted wardrobes.
   • Common bathroom including bath, shower, hand-basin and toilet.

Note: The area of 190 mē does not include the area of open tiled verandas (balconies), covered tiled verandas etc. These are extra areas. This project is constructed in Spartia on a plot of land of 2850 mē located close to the sea. The view is fantastic. At the rear of the villa there is a garden with grass and olive trees. The fencing of the property is also made by cement block walls. The time needed to complete whole project was 7 months. This type of villa is unique and it is not offered for re-design.
