GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT
This project
consists of two 2-story villas with pool.
Villa 1.

Separate kitchen area (all cupboards - shelves). Access to rear garden.

Living room (including fire place) with two sets of double doors opening up onto the covered veranda overlooking the pool.

Large dining room with windows onto pool patios.

Bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower, sink and toilet), and fitted wardrobes.

Master bedroom including en-suite bathroom (bath with jacuzzi, sink and toilet), fitted wardrobes with patio door leading to a big tiled balcony with wooden pergola. Views to pool and the sea.

Note: The area
of 211 & 125 m² does not include the area of covered verandas, balconies etc. The covered verandas cover an additional area of 31.50 m². This project of two 2-storey villas and pool is constructed in Metaxata on a plot of land of 1724 m², located on a hill giving panoramic views. In front of the villas a beautiful swimming pool of 46 m² is constructed. Next to the pool area is a large covered BBQ/Dining area. The different levels around the villas are separated with stone walls and each level is planted with trees and grass. The time needed to complete the whole project was 13 months.
