PROJECT: One Storey Building (House) - 90 mē

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

• A guest's bedroom including fitted wardrobes, placed at the rear of the house, with window facing the village.
• Kitchen (all cupboards-shelves), with window facing the village.
• Living room and dining room connected with kitchen area. Big patio doors that lead to tiled patios covered by wooden pergola with tiles
• W.C. (sink, basin and shower).
• Master bedroom including fitted wardrobes, placed at the rear of the house, with patio door that leads to veranda. En-suite bathroom is included (sink, toilet and bath tub).

Note: The area of 90 mē does not include the area of tiled verandas. A storage room is constructed behind the house, where all machines and boiler for hot water/central heating are placed. The house has in every room A/C units and it is facilitated by central heating (radiator panels). The house is constructed in Kleismata Village on a plot of land of 540 mē. The time needed to complete the whole project was 5 months. The old existing building was 52 m2. It has been renovated and a new 38 m2 area was added in order to achieve a total of 90 m2.
