PROJECT: Two Storey Building (Villa) - 110 mē

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

1. Ground Floor (55 mē)
   • Open plan kitchen, dining room and living room area with fireplace. Big patio doors leading to covered patio area.
   • W.C. (sink and basin).
   • Main entrance at the front of villa covered with wooden pergola.
   • Storage/boiler room attached to villa with external entrance.
   • Staircase leading to first floor.
2. First Floor (55 mē)
   • Master bedroom including en-suite bathroom (bath, sink and toilet), fitted wardrobes and patio door that leads to a tiled veranda.
   • Bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath, sink and toilet), fitted wardrobes and tiled balcony.

Note: The area of 110 mē does not include the area of tiled verandas, balconies etc. These are extra areas. The villa is constructed in Metaxata on a plot of land of 605.90 mē. In front of the villa a beautiful swimming pool of 32 m2 is constructed, while surrounding the villa there is a lovely garden with grass, plants, BBQ area and stone tiled paths. The time needed to complete the whole project was 6 months.
