PROJECT: Two Storey Building (Villa) - 146 mē
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT
1. Ground Floor (82 mē)
A guest bedroom including fitted wardrobes, placed at the rear of the ground floor.
Common bathroom (shower, sink and toilet).
Kitchen area with window facing the olive grove. Door leads to rear patios of the plot where BBQ and parking area have been constructed.
Living room (including fire place) and dinning room connected with kitchen area. Big patio doors lead to covered tiled patio with arch design.
2. First Floor (64 mē)
Master bedroom including en-suite bathroom (bath, sink and toilet), fitted wardrobes and patio door that leads to tiled balcony with views of the sea and Zakynthos Island.
Second bedroom including en-suite bathroom (shower, sink and toilet), fitted wardrobes and patio door that leads to balcony area with views of Metaxata village, the sea and Zakynthos island.
Small balcony at rear with views of Peratata Castle and Ainos Mountain.
Notes: The area of 146 mē does not include the area of tiled verandas, balconies etc. Underneath the pool, a room is made where all machines for pool and boiler for hot water/central heating are placed. Additionally a storage area is attached next to the pool room. The villa has been built in Metaxata village on a plot of land of 643 mē.
A swimming pool of 45 mē is constructed using an overflow mechanism while surrounding there is a big area of pool patios of approx. 100 m2. BBQ is placed at the rear of land and is decorated with stones. Surrounding the villa the land is nicely shaped in different levels using stone and each level is a separate garden area with grass, plants and trees. Time needed to complete the whole project was 5 months. This type of villa is unique and it is not offered for re-design.
