PROJECT: Two Storey Building (Villa) - 200 mē

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

• Ground Floor (100 mē) Apartment 1
  • Two bedrooms including fitted wardrobes, positioned in front and patio doors leads to covered tiled verandas which are arched shaped. One of the bedrooms has en-suite bathroom.
  • Common bathroom (shower, sink and toilet).
  • Kitchen with window facing the Ainos Mountain.
  • Lounge and dining area which is connected with kitchen area. Big patio doors lead to covered tiled verandas which are arched shaped.

• First Floor (100 mē) Apartment 2
  • Three bedrooms including fitted wardrobes. Two are positioned in front and patio doors lead to open tiled verandas which are decorated by wooden pergola and include gypsum balustrades for safety. One bedroom has en-suite bathroom.
  • The third bedroom is positioned at rear of floor.
  • Common bathroom (shower, sink and toilet).
  • Kitchen with window facing the Ainos Mountain, Lounge and dining area which is connected with kitchen area. Big patio doors lead to open tiled verandas which are decorated by wooden pergola.

Notes:

The area of 200 mē does not include the area of tiled verandas. As you get in from the main entrance of the building, storage room is made for the boilers for hot water. Interior staircase leads to the 1^st floor. Each apartment has a separate entrance. The villa is constructed in Keramies on a plot of land of 3386 mē. Time needed to complete the whole project was 6 months.
