PROJECT: Two Storey Building (Villa) - 150 mē

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

1. Ground Floor (78 mē)
   • Kitchen area (all cupboards-shelves), with window facing the country side.
   • Living area (including fire place) and dining room connected with kitchen area. Big patio doors leads to a covered tiled patio.
   • Main corner entrance covered with tiles.
   • Bedroom, fitted wardrobes and views to the mountain and the sea.
   • Cloakroom with toilet and sink.
2. First Floor (72 mē)
   • Master bedroom including en-suite bathroom (bathtub, sink and toilet), fitted wardrobes and patio door leads to a tiled balcony with pergola. Views to the pool and the sea.
   • Second bedroom with fitted wardrobes and patio door that leads to balcony area with pergola. Views to the pool and the sea.
   • A third guest bedroom with fitted wardrobes and views of the mountains.
   • Shared bathroom (bath, sink and toilet).

Note: The area of 150 mē does not include the area of tiled verandas, balconies etc. Additionally there is a basement area with interior connection from the ground floor. This area is used for storage including all machines for pool and boiler for hot water/central heating. The villa is constructed in Kalliagata village on a plot of land of 2700 mē. From the veranda of the villa, steps lead to a lower level where the swimming pool of 45 mē area is constructed using a skimmer mechanism while surrounding there is a big area of pool patios and a BBQ area decorated with stones. Surrounding the villa, the land is nicely shaped in different levels and each level is a separate garden area with plants and trees. The time needed to complete the whole project was 9 months. This type of villa is unique and it is not offered for re-design.
