PROJECT: Two Storey Building (Villa) - 197 mē

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

1. Ground Floor (89 mē)
   • A guest bedroom including en-suite bathroom (shower, sink and toilet), fitted wardrobes, placed at the rear of the ground floor.
   • Kitchen area (all cupboards-shelves), with window facing the village.
   • Living room (including fire place) and dining room connected with kitchen area. Big patio doors that lead to covered tiled patios with arch design.
   • W.C. (sink, basin) for the living room area.
   • Storage room at the rear of the house including dishwasher & washing machine.
   • Garage for parking of 25 mē.
   • Main entrance with arch-shaped covered tiled patios.
2. First Floor (108 mē)
   • Four bedrooms all including en-suite bathroom (shower or bath, sink and toilet), fitted wardrobes and patio door that leads to open balconies.

Note: The area of 197 mē does not include the area of tiled balconies, garage, covered verandas and storage room. These are extra areas from the total of 197 mē. The villa is constructed in Kleismata village on a plot of land of 7300 mē. A swimming pool of 78 mē is constructed using an overflow mechanism, while surrounding the pool there is a big area of pool patios and a BBQ area decorated with stones. Surrounding the villa the land is nicely shaped for gardening. At the back of the villa a tennis court is constructed. The main entrance of the villa is fenced by traditional stone blocks. The time needed to complete the whole project (house, pool, patios, surrounding landscaping, gardening and fencing) was 5 months. This type of villa is unique and it is not offered for re-design.
