PROJECT: Two Storey Building (Villa) - 129 mē

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

1. Ground Floor (72 mē)
   • A guest bedroom with fitted wardrobes. Patio doors leading to tiled patio covered by wooden pergola and overlooking the swimming pool.
   • Kitchen area (all cupboards-shelves), with window facing the garden.
   • Living area (including fire place) and dining room connected with kitchen area. Big patio doors are leading to covered tiled patios overlooking the swimming pool.
   • Bathroom (shower, sink and toilet) for the ground floor areas.
   • Covered corner entrance.
2. First Floor (57 mē)
   • Master bedroom including en-suite bathroom (shower, sink and toilet), fitted wardrobes and patio door leading to tiled balcony with views of the swimming pool and the Ionian Sea.
   • Second bedroom including en-suite bathroom (shower, sink and toilet), fitted wardrobes and patio door leading to balcony area with views of the swimming pool and the Ionian Sea.

Notes: The area of 129 mē does not include the area of tiled verandas, balconies etc. Additionally there is a basement area with interior connection from the ground floor. This is separated into 2 areas used as playroom with pool table and a storage room for all machines for pool and boiler for hot water/central heating. The basement area is not included in the 129 mē. The villa is constructed in the village of Lourdas on a plot of land of 1100 mē. From the veranda of the villa, steps lead to a lower level where the swimming pool of 40 mē is constructed using a skimmer mechanism while surrounding the pool there is an area of pool patios. There is a BBQ decorated with stones at a lower level. Next to the BBQ is a large covered dining area. Surrounding the villa the land is nicely shaped in different levels and each level is a separate garden area with grass and trees. The time needed to complete the whole project was 8 months. This type of villa is unique and it is not offered for re-design.
