PROJECT: Two Storey Building (Villa) - 123 mē

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

1. Ground Floor (70 mē)
   • A guest bedroom including en-suite bathroom (shower, sink and toilet), fitted wardrobes, placed in front of the ground floor. The patio door leads to the swimming pool patios.
   • Kitchen room (all cupboards-shelves), with window facing the village.
   • Living room (including fire place) and dining room connected with kitchen area. Two big patio doors lead to the swimming pool patios. A wooden pergola decorates this area.
   • W.C. (sink, basin) for the living room area, placed underneath stairs that lead to 1st floor.
2. First Floor (53 mē)
   • Two bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom (shower or bath, sink and toilet), fitted wardrobes and patio door that leads to open balcony.

Note: The area of 123 mē does not include the area of tiled verandas, balconies. These are extra areas from the total of 123 mē. The villa is constructed in Kalligata Village on a plot of land of 544 mē. A swimming pool of 40 mē is constructed using a skimmer mechanism, while surrounding pool there is a big area of pool patios. Surrounding the villa, the land is nicely shaped for gardening. The time needed to complete the whole project (house, pool, patios, surrounding landscaping and fencing) was 5 months. This type of villa is unique and it is not offered for re-design.
