PROJECT: Two Storey Building (Villa) - 126 mē

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

1. Ground Floor (63 mē)
   • A guest bedroom including en-suite bathroom (shower, sink and toilet) with fitted wardrobes. The patio door leads to the swimming pool patios.
   • Kitchen area (all cupboards-shelves), with window facing the mountainside.  
   • Living room (including fire place) and dining room connected with kitchen area. Two big patio doors lead to swimming pool patios.  
   • W.C. (sink, basin) for the living areas.
2. First Floor (63 mē)
   • Two bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom (shower or bath, sink and toilet), fitted wardrobes and patio door that leads to balconies. One balcony is covered by a pergola.

Note: The area of 126 mē does not include the area of tiled verandas and balconies. These are extra areas from the total of 126 mē. The villa is constructed in Lourdas village on a plot of land of 520 mē. A swimming pool of 36 mē is constructed using a skimmer mechanism, while surrounding the pool there is a big area of pool patios. Surrounding the villa the land is nicely shaped for gardening. The time needed to complete the whole project (house, pool, patios, surrounding landscaping and fencing) was 6 months. This type of villa is unique and it is not offered for re-design.
