PROJECT: Two Storey Building (Villa) - 145 mē

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

1. Ground Floor (83 mē)
   • A guest bedroom including fitted wardrobes, placed at the front of the ground floor. Double doors opening onto patio area overlooking the swimming pool. En-suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
   • W.C. (sink, basin) for the living room areas.
   • Kitchen area with window facing the upper garden area.
   • Living room with fire place and dinning room connected with kitchen area. Patio doors leads to tiled patio covered by wooden pergola and overlooking the swimming pool.
   • Covered corner entrance.
2. First Floor (62 mē)
   • Master bedroom including en-suite bathroom (shower, sink and toilet), fitted wardrobes and patio door that leads to tiled balcony with views of the swimming pool and the Ionian Sea.
   • Second bedroom including en-suite bathroom (shower, sink and toilet), fitted wardrobes and patio door that leads to balcony area with views of the swimming pool and the Ionian Sea.

Notes: The area of 145 mē does not include the area of tiled verandas, balconies etc. The villa has been built in the village of Lourdas on a plot of land of 516 mē. A swimming pool of 42 mē is constructed using a skimmer system. Surrounding the pool is a comfortable pool patio area. A BBQ is placed in the lower level garden and is decorated with stones. Next to the BBQ is a large covered dining area. At the front of the villa is a parking area decorated by stone. Time needed to complete the whole project was 8 months. This type of villa is unique and it is not offered for re-design.
