GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

This project consists of two 2-story villas with pool.

Villa 1.

1. Ground Floor
   • Kitchen room (all cupboards - shelves).  
   • Living room (including fire place) connected with dining room leading to covered tiled verandas.
   • W.C. (sink, basin) for the living areas.
   • Outside pergola connecting the two villas.
   • Storage room.
2. First Floor
   • Master bedroom including en-suite bathroom (bath, sink and toilet), fitted wardrobes with patio door leading to a big tiled balcony with wooden pergola. Views to pool and the sea.
   • Bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower, sink and toilet), fitted wardrobes and tiled covered balcony. Views to pool and the sea.
   • Guest bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower, sink and toilet), fitted wardrobes and patio door leading to balcony with mountain and sea view. Pergola is placed on balcony.

Villa 2.

3. Ground Floor
   • Guest bedroom including en-suite bathroom (shower, sink and toilet), fitted wardrobes and external tiled patios.
   • Kitchen area (all cupboards - shelves) with its own entrance and external tiled veranda.
   • Living room connected with dining room leading to covered tiled veranda.
   • W.C. (sink, basin) for the living areas.
4. First Floor
   • Master bedroom including en-suite bathroom (shower, sink and toilet), fitted wardrobes and patio door leading to a tiled veranda with wooden pergola.

Note: The area of 177 & 133 m² does not include the area of tiled verandas, balconies etc. These are extra areas. This project of two 2-storey villas and pool is constructed in Simotata on a plot of land of nearly 850 m², located on a steep hill giving panoramic views. In front of the villas a beautiful swimming pool of 40.50 m² is constructed. Also, the different levels around the villas are separated with walls and each level is filled with trees and plants. The time needed to complete the whole project was 8 months.
