PROJECT: One Storey Building (Villa) - 100 mē

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

• Guest bedroom including en-suite bathroom (shower, sink and toilet), fitted wardrobes. Patio door leads to verandas decorated by wooden pergola.
• Kitchen area (all cupboards-shelves), with window facing the mountain of Ainos.
• Living room (including fire place) and dining room separated by kitchen area with a nicely designed opening. As you sit in the living room looking through two nice rounded windows, the magnificent view of Trapezaki bay can be enjoyed. Additionally a rounded patio door leads you outside to enjoy the pool.
• Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath, sink, toilet), including fitted wardrobes, while patio door leads to verandas decorated by wooden pergola.

Note: The area of 100 mē does not include the area of tiled verandas,etc. These are extra areas. The villa is constructed in Trapezaki on a plot of land of 4100 mē. From the tiled veranda of the villa, steps leads to a lower level where the swimming pool is constructed using an overflow infinity mechanism while surrounding the pool there is a big area of pool patios. Surrounding the villa the land is shaped in different levels made by stone walls. The main entrance to the property is decorated with 2 stone posts and at the rear of the property there is a parking area covered by a wooden pergola. The time needed to complete the whole project was 4 months. This type of villa is unique and it is not offered for re-design.
