PROJECT: Two Storey Buildings (Villas) - 105 mē

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

This project consists of two 2-storey villas with pools. Each villa has an area of 105mē.

1. Ground Floor
   • One guest bedrooms including en-suite bathroom (shower, sink and toilet), fitted wardrobes and external tiled patios.
   • Kitchen area (all cupboards - shelves) with its own entrance and external tiled veranda.
   • Living room (including fire place) connected with dining room covered with tiled verandas.
   • W.C. (sink, basin) for the living room area.
2. First Floor
   • Master bedroom including en-suite bathroom (bath, sink and toilet), fitted wardrobes and patio door that leads to an area of tiled veranda with wooden pergola.
   • Bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath, sink and toilet), fitted wardrobes and tiled balcony.

Note: The area of 105 mē does not include the area of tiled verandas, balconies etc. These are extra areas. This complex of two 2-storey villas and pools is constructed in Trapezaki on a plot of land of 3200 mē, located at the end of a hill. In front of each villa a beautiful swimming pool of 40 mē is constructed, while surrounding the villa there is a lovely garden with grass, plants. There is also a BBQ area covered with wooden pergola with tiles. The different levels of the land in front of the pool are separated with stone walls and each level is filled with trees and plants. The time needed to complete the whole project was 7 months.
