PROJECT: Two Storey Buildings (Villas)

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

This project is consisted of two 2-storey villas with pools. Each villa has an area of 100 mē.

1. Ground Floor (50 mē)
   • Guest bedroom including en-suite bathroom (shower, sink and toilet), fitted wardrobes and external tiled patios.
   • Kitchen area (all cupboards - shelves) with its own entrance and external tiled veranda.
   • Living area (including fire place) connected with dining room with covered tiled veranda.
   • W.C. (sink, basin) for the living room areas.
   • Main entrance at the back of the villa.
2. First Floor (50 mē)
   • Master bedroom including en-suite bathroom (bath, sink and toilet), fitted wardrobes and patio door leading to a tiled veranda covered with wooden pergola and tiles.
   • Bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath, sink and toilet), fitted wardrobes and balcony door that leads to balcony.

Note: The area of 100 mē does not include the area of tiled verandas, balconies etc. These are extra areas. This complex of 2-storey villas and pools is constructed in Trapezaki on a plot of land of 4000 mē per villa. In front of villa patios a beautiful swimming pool of 40 mē is constructed, while surrounding the villa there is a lovely garden with grass, plants and BBQ area. The time needed to complete the whole project was 7 months.
