PROJECT: Two Storey Building (Villa) - 320 mē

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

1. Ground Floor (175 mē)
   • Guest bedroom including en-suite bathroom (shower, sink and toilet), fitted wardrobes. Patio door leads to covered tiled veranda.
   • Kitchen area (all cupboards-shelves) with separate entrance from the rear of the villa.
   • Living area (including fire place) connected with dining room. Patio door leads to covered tiled veranda.
   • W.C. (sink, basin) for the living room areas.
   • Main entrance at the back of the villa with external roof tiled veranda.
2. First Floor (145 mē)
   • Two master bedrooms including en-suite bathrooms (bath, sink and toilet), fitted wardrobes. Balcony doors lead to covered verandas, facing the sea.
   • Two bedrooms at the rear of the floor including en-suite bathrooms (bath, sink and toilet), fitted wardrobes.  

Note: The area of 320 mē does not include the area of tiled verandas, balconies etc. These are extra areas. The villa is constructed in Kountourata village on a plot of land of 3700 mē. In front of the villa there is a lovely garden with grass, plants, while stone tiled paths leads to BBQ area and a beautiful swimming pool of 55 mē. Next to the main entrance of the property a garage area is constructed for parking and storage room. The patio in front of the garage is tiled with stone and covered with a wooden pergola. The time needed to complete the whole project was 9 months. This type of villa is unique and it is not offered for re-design.
