PROJECT: Three Storey Building – 510 m² plus common areas

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

1. Ground Floor - 1st Floor - 2nd Floor
   • Ground floor consists of a large shop as well as a boiler room, staircase and lift. 1^st and 2^nd floor consists of three apartments each. The apartment consists of open plan living, dining and kitchen area and shared bathroom. Two apartment are studios and four apartments have 2 bedrooms.

Note: The area of 510 m² does not include the area of tiled verandas, balconies, common areas etc. These are extra areas. The building is constructed in the capital of Kefalonia, in Argostoli. Each apartment has its own balcony from where you can enjoy the beautiful views of Argostoli Bay. The time needed to complete the whole project was 11 months.
