PROJECT: Three Storey Building - 843 mē plus common areas

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

1. Ground Floor
   • The ground floor includes a storage room for the whole building, the boiler room and 2 shops.
2. First Floor - Second Floor
   • There are 4 apartments on each floor. Each apartment consists of open plan living, dining and kitchen area and shared bathroom. Two apartments have 1 bedroom and two apartments have 2 bedrooms. The two bedroom apartments have large balconies with views to Argostoli Bay.
3. Third Floor
   • The top floor has 3 apartments. Each apartment consists of open plan living, dining and kitchen area and shared bathroom. One apartment has 1 bedroom and two apartments have 2 bedrooms. The two bedroom apartments have large balconies with views to Argostoli Bay.

Note: The area of 843 mē does not include the area of tiled verandas, balconies etc. These are extra areas. The building is constructed in the capital of Kefalonia, in Argostoli. From the big balconies on the 1^st, 2nd and 3^rd, you can enjoy the beautiful views of Argostoli Bay. The time needed to complete the whole project was 15 months.
