PROJECT: Three Storey Building – 400 m² plus common areas

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

1.     Ground floor – 1^st floor – 2^nd floor

·         Each floor consists of two apartments. Each apartment consists of open plan living, dining and kitchen area and shared bathroom. The apartments are all 55 m² with one bedroom. In addition the common areas cover a boiler room as well as a staircase and a lift.

Note: The area of 400 m² does not include the area of tiled verandas, balconies, common areas etc. These are extra areas. The building is constructed in the capital of Kefalonia, in Argostoli. Each apartment has its own balcony or veranda from where you can enjoy the beautiful views of Argostoli Bay. The time needed to complete the whole project was 11 months.
