PROJECT: Three Storey Building – 583.50 m² plus basement and common areas

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

1. Basement
   • The basement consists of a large garage and storage rooms for each of the apartments in the block. Additionally the boiler for the central heating system is placed in the basement.
2. Ground Floor - 1st Floor - 2nd Floor
   • Each floor consists of three apartments. Each apartment consists of open plan living, dining and kitchen area and shared bathroom. One apartment with 1 bedroom and two apartments with 2 bedrooms.

Note: The area of 583.50 m² does not include the area of tiled verandas, balconies etc. These are extra areas. The building is constructed in the capital of Kefalonia, in Argostoli. Each apartment has its own balcony from where you can enjoy the beautiful views of Argostoli Bay. The time needed to complete the whole project was 15 months.
