PROJECT: Two Storey Buildings (Villas)

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

This project consists of four 2-story villas with pools. Each villa has an area of 120 mē.

1. Ground Floor (67 mē)
   • One guest bedroom including en-suite bathroom (shower, sink, toilet), closets and external tiled verandas.
   • Kitchen (all cupboards - shelves) with its own entrance and external tiled veranda.
   • Living room (including fire place) connected with dining room with external tiled verandas.
   • W.C. (sink, basin) for the living room area.
   • Main entrance at the back of the villa with external roof tiled veranda.
2. First Floor (53 mē)
   • Master bedroom including en-suite bathroom (bath, sink and toilet), fitted wardrobes and patio door that leads to a big area of tiled veranda.
   • Bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath, sink and toilet), fitted wardrobes and tiled balcony.

Note: The area of 120 mē does not include the area of tiled verandas, balconies etc. These are extra areas. This complex of these 2-storey villas and pools is constructed in Trapezaki on a plot of land of 7000 mē located at the end of a hill. In front of the villa, a beautiful swimming pool of 35 mē is constructed, while surrounding the villa there is a lovely garden with grass, plants, BBQ area and stone tiled paths. Also, parking area is included, constructed by wooden pergola with tiles. The time needed to complete the whole project was 7 months.
