PROJECT: Two Storey Building (Villa) - 145 mē

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

1. Ground Floor (85 mē)
   • A guest bedroom including fitted wardrobes, placed at the rear of the ground floor. Double doors opening onto patio area. En-suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
   • W.C. (sink, basin) for the living room areas.
   • Kitchen area with window facing the olive grove.
   • Living room with vaulted ceiling and fire place and dinning room connected with kitchen area. Patio doors lead to covered tiled patio with arch design.
2. First Floor (60 mē)
   • Master bedroom including en-suite bathroom (shower, sink and toilet), fitted wardrobes and patio door that leads to tiled balcony with views of the mountains and the village of Korianna.
   • Second bedroom including en-suite bathroom (shower, sink and toilet), fitted wardrobes and patio door that leads to balcony area with views of Korianna village and the mountains.

Notes: The area of 145 mē does not include the area of tiled verandas, balconies etc. The villa has been built outside Keramies village on a plot of land of 1200 mē. A swimming pool of 45 mē is constructed using a skimmer system. Surrounding the pool is a comfortable pool patio area. A BBQ is placed at the rear of land and is decorated with stones. Next to the BBQ is a large covered dining area and next to the pool is a pergola housing the pool table. Surrounding the villa are several pathways and near the road is a large parking area. Time needed to complete the whole project was 6 months. This type of villa is unique and it is not offered for re-design.
