PROJECT: One & Two Storey Buildings (Apartments)

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

This project consists of two 2-storey buildings (100 m) and six single storey buildings (50 m) with a big pool and a bar area.

The 2-storey apartment buildings consists of:

1. Ground Floor Apartment 
   • 1 bedroom, fitted wardrobes and external tiled verandas.
   • Open plan kitchen (all cupboards - shelves), living room and dining room with external tiled verandas.
   • Common bathroom (bath, sink and toilet).
   • Main entrance with external tiled veranda.
2. First Floor Apartment
   • Master bedroom with fitted wardrobes and patio door that leads to tiled balcony.
   • Bedroom with fitted wardrobes and patio door that leads to tiled balcony.
   • Open plan kitchen (all cupboards - shelves), living room and dining room.
   • Common bathroom (bath, sink and toilet.

 The 1-storey Apartment buildings consists of:

     Ground Floor 

• 1 bedroom, fitted wardrobes and external tiled verandas.
• Kitchen (all cupboards - shelves), living room and dining room with external tiled verandas.
• Common bathroom (bath, sink and toilet).
• Main entrance with external tiled veranda.

Note: The area of 50/100 mē does not include the area of tiled verandas, balconies etc. These are extra areas. This complex of 1 & 2-story apartments & studios with pool is constructed in Trapezaki on a plot of land of 6000 mē. A beautiful swimming pool of 110 mē is constructed with 2 separate small pools for children, while surrounding the properties there is a big lovely garden with grass, plants, trees, BBQ area, pool bar and stone tiled paths. Also, parking area is included, constructed by wooden pergola with tiles. The time needed to complete the whole project was 10 months.
