PROJECT: Two Storey Building (Villa) - 139 mē

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

1. Ground Floor (76 mē)
   • A guest bedroom including en-suite bathroom (bath, sink and toilet), fitted wardrobes, and patio door at the front of the villa, leading to the pool patio.
   • Kitchen area (all cupboards-shelves), with its own entrance.
   • Living room (including fire place) and dining room with big patio doors leading to the covered patio and second patio with wooden pergola.
   • W.C. (sink, basin) for the living room area.
   • Main entrance at the side of villa covered with wooden pergola.
2. First Floor (63 mē)
   • Master bedroom including en-suite bathroom (bath, sink and toilet), fitted wardrobes and patio door leading to a tiled veranda with wooden pergola.
   • Bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath, sink and toilet), fitted wardrobes and tiled balcony with wooden pergola.

Note: The area of 139 mē does not include the area of tiled verandas, balconies etc. These are extra areas. The villa is constructed in Trapezaki on a plot of land of 2000 mē. In front of the villa a beautiful swimming pool of 45 m2 is constructed, while surrounding the villa there is a lovely garden with grass, plants, BBQ area and stone tiled paths. The time needed to complete the whole project was 6 months.
