PROJECT: Two Storey Buildings (Villas) - 125 mē

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

1. Ground Floor (62.5 mē)
   • A guest bedroom including its own bathroom (bath, sink and toilet), fitted wardrobes. Patio door leads to the pool patio.
   • Kitchen (all cupboards-shelves), with window facing the pool area.  
   • Living room (including fire place) and dining room with big patio door that leads to covered tiled patios with arch design.
   • W.C. (sink and basin) for the living room area.
2. First Floor (62.5 mē)
   • Master bedroom including en-suite bathroom (bath, sink and toilet), fitted wardrobes and external tiled verandas with wooden pergola.
   • Bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath, sink and toilet), fitted wardrobes and external tiled balconies.

    

Note: The area of 125 mē does not include the area of tiled verandas, balconies etc. These are extra areas. This complex of 2-story villas and pools is constructed in Spartia on a plot of land of 4000 mē located at the end of a hill. The view is in the form of an amphitheatre. Each villa is decorated with stones at the corners, the arch shape verandas and the chimney. The plastering of the building is decorated with a "pink color". The swimming pool is 45 m2 and surrounding there is a big patio area. From here people have the opportunity to enjoy the majestic views of Spartia Bay. Surrounding each villa, due the inclination of the ground, the land is shaped in different levels made by stone walls and each level is a separate garden area with grass and olive trees. At one side of each villa, a BBQ area is constructed, while at the other side (main entrance), a parking area is made up by four concrete columns decorated with stones and covered with a wooden pergola. The fencing of the land is also made with concrete walls. The time needed to complete the whole project was 7 months. This type of villas is unique and it is not offered for re-design.
