PROJECT: Two Storey Buildings (Villas)-110 mē

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

This complex consists of four 2-storey villas with pools. Each villa has an area of 110 mē.

1. Ground Floor (63 mē)
   • 1 guest bedroom including en-suite bathroom (shower, sink and toilet), fitted wardrobes and external tiled patios.
   • Kitchen (all cupboards - shelves) with its own entrance and external tiled veranda.
   • Living room (including fire place) connected with dining room with external tiled verandas.
   • W.C. (sink and basin) for the living room area.
   • Main entrance at the back of the villa with external roof tiled veranda.
2. First Floor (47 mē)
   • Master bedroom including en-suite bathroom (bath, sink and toilet), fitted wardrobes and patio door that leads to a big area of tiled balcony with wooden pergola.
   • Bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath, sink and toilet), fitted wardrobes and tiled balcony.

    

Note: The area of 110 mē does not include the area of tiled verandas, balconies etc. These are extra areas. This complex of 2-storey villas and pools is constructed in Skala on a plot of land of 5000 mē facing the panoramic view of Skala Bay. In front of each villa a beautiful swimming pool of 40 mē is constructed, while surrounding the villa there is a lovely garden with grass, plants, BBQ area and stone tiled paths. Also, parking area is included, constructed by wooden pergola with tiles. The time needed to complete the whole project was 9 months.
