PROJECT: Two Storey Building (Villa) - 167 mē

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

1. Ground Floor (90 mē)
   • A guest bedroom including its own bathroom (bath, sink and toilet), fitted wardrobes, placed at the rear of the ground floor.
   • Kitchen area (all cupboards-shelves), with window facing the pool area.
   • Living room (including fire place) and dining room separated by kitchen area with a nicely designed opening. Big patio doors that lead to covered tiled patios with arch design.
   • W.C. (sink, basin) for the living room area.
   • Main entrance with external roof tiled veranda.
2. First Floor (77 mē)
   • Master bedroom including its own bathroom (bath, sink and toilet), fitted wardrobes and external tiled verandas with wooden pergola.
   • Two bedrooms each with its own bathroom (bath, sink and toilet), fitted wardrobes and external tiled balconies.

    

Note: The area of 167 mē does not include the area of tiled verandas, balconies etc. These are extra areas. The villa is constructed in Spartia on a plot of land of 4100 mē. From the tiled veranda of the villa, steps lead to a lower level where the swimming pool is constructed using an overflow infinity mechanism while surrounding there is a big area of pool patios and a BBQ area decorated with stones. From here people have the opportunity to enjoy the majestic view of Spartia Bay. Surrounding the villa the land is shaped in different levels made by stone walls and each level is a separate garden area with grass and trees. The villa has a basement area which is used for a garage and a storage room. The time needed to complete the whole project was 7 months. This type of villa is unique and it is not offered for re-design.
