PROJECT: One Storey Building (Villa) - 95.20 m²

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

• Fully fitted kitchen with windows to the front garden.
• Open plan living room with fire place and dining room. Through an arch shaped doorway and down two steps are the bedrooms and bathrooms. Additionally sliding patio doors leads you outside to enjoy the patio which is covered by a pergola.
• Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath, sink, toilet), including two sets of fitted wardrobes. Sliding patio doors leads to patio surrounding the villa and with views of the mountains and the sea.
• Guest bedroom with fitted wardrobes and dual aspect windows.
• Large shared bathroom (shower, sink, toilet).
• Storage/boiler room attached to villa with external entrance.

Notes: The area of 95.20 m² does not include the area of tiled verandas, etc. These are extra areas. The villa is constructed in Kountourata on a plot of land of 574.45 m². From the tiled veranda of the villa, marble steps leads to the garden level. The access to the villa is through a single pedestrian gate or a large gate leading to the parking area covered by a wooden pergola. A BBQ area has been created in the rear corner of the plot. The BBQ is tiled by stone. The time needed to complete the whole project was 7 months. This type of villa is unique and it is not offered for re-design.
