PROJECT: Two Storey Building (Villa) - 155 mē

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

1. Ground Floor
   • Two guest bedrooms including en-suite bathrooms (shower, sink and toilet), fitted wardrobes and external tiled verandas.
   • Kitchen area (all cupboards-shelves) with its own entrance and external tiled veranda.
   • Living area (including fire place) connected with dining room with external tiled verandas.
   • W.C. (sink, basin) for the living room area.
   • Main entrance at the back of the villa with external roof tiled veranda.
2. First Floor
   • Two master bedrooms including en-suite bathrooms (bath, sink and toilet), fitted wardrobes and external balconies.

Note: The area of 155 mē does not include the area of tiled verandas, balconies etc. These are extra areas. The villa is constructed in Lourdas on a plot of land of 2000 mē area. All the external walls of the villa are decorated with stone. In front of the villa a beautiful swimming pool of 55 mē with jacuzzi is constructed. From here people can enjoy the majestic views of Lourdas Bay. At the rear of the villa there is a lovely garden with grass, plants, BBQ area and stone tiled patio. The time needed to complete the whole project was 7 months. This type of villa is unique and it is not offered for re-design. The layout shows a traditional Greek architectural type of house.
